It really frustrates me after 2 hours of practice a day, and the next day my shooting arm hurts, mainly in the elbow joints. Is there any stretches or ways to rest it faster? I really want to go out and shoot today.|||some push ups, and pull ups should do the job!|||I use this stretch all the time when playing bball and I don't have as much elbow pain.

But I would recommend that you try very hard to avoid playing as much as you are. Limit yourself to less playing time at least for a week or more to rest your elbow.
If you still feel pain, it may help to stretch other parts of your body, like the shoulders.
