Can you shoot at a shooting range in Minnesota without a permit?

I don't have a gun permit or firearms safety certificate but could you still go to a shooting range and shoot with supervision or anything?

yes as far as i can tell u only need a permit to buy a handgun....and carry a handgun...so shooting one at a range should b perfectly legal as long as whoever owns it is present.....in fact most gun ranges will rent u a gun...
