Any tips for shooting good shots for a fashion show?

I'm shooting my first fashion show, and does anybody have any tips for shooting on the runaway. Also am I going to have to worry about other photographers?|||If you can, use a small tripod to steady the camera. The lighting at these runway shows is usually not good and you want to minimize blurriness. :)|||1. get a good place!

2. be on time!

3. u might want to bring your monopod. but im comfortable with hand-held.

4. bring maybe just 2 lens or even 1 will do and your flash.

5. set a standard focus (manual) to where the models will look best. (as to what part of the catwalk)

6. be fast. you'll never get another shot of them when you got it wrong.
