What exact workouts and drills should shooting guards do on a regular basis?

Self explanatory, what workouts, physical statistics, and drills should shooting guards do everyday for 2-3 hours in order to get better?|||http://www.is-onfire.org/?ref=4198|||MUST practice your free-throws. When you shoot make sure your feet don't come off the ground. Only on your free-throws though. Practice your lay-ups that is a good must have. You need to be in shape also. Run a mile about 2 times a week. Know how to pivot your foot. %26amp; always practice dribbling below your knee's as fast as you can to get faster at ball handling. Do the crazy 8 %26amp; get it down. That will give you an easy way to dribble under your leg %26amp; trick somebody.
